Tip 1) Exercise!

Rollerblade.


Swimming.
Why Rollerblade & swimming?
Because both sports involves hand,leg & body movements.
Trust me. :D
& please,after you exercise,DON'T EAT! That will make you even more fatter!
& horh, you must exercise regularly you know, not 1 month one time horh.
Tip 2)Eat healthy. Sweet/soft drinks
Chocolate Milk
Milk (Any flavour except chocolate)

Fruits (Especially APPLES)


JIAO ZI/饺子
This is Jiao Zi.
Jiao zi is a Chinese dumpling.
Jiao Zi tastes heavenly when accompanied with black vinegar. :p
The delicious Jiao Zi contains vegetables & pork.
It only contains 4% of fats.
& the best part is, It's delicious!
Remember, NO CHOCOLATES!
Tip 3) No slimming pills.
Slimming pills work, but when you stop taking them,
you'll grow fat again after a while.
So, why waste money?
